Родившись и выросши в Вестоне (штат Массачусетс), Эдвард Ма (Edward Ma), теперь известен миру как edIT. Эдвард начал свою музыкальную карьеру в качестве The Con Artist незадолго до 2000 г. Как диджей-резидент еженедельных мероприятий Konkrete Jungle в Лос-Анджелесе, он делит сцену с Hive, Daddy Kev, James Tai и рокочущим микрофоном Busdriver, P.E.A.C.E. и Mikah 9. Konkrete Jungle застали золотой век инди-хип-хопа в Лос-Анджелесе, и они были мостом между джангловыми и брейкерскими тусовками.
