Epistrophe   (лат.) — род двукрылых из семейства журчалок.

Описание

Для подрода Epistrophe. Латеральяна полоска среднеспинки и пятна на боках груди отчётливые, ярко-жёлтые, неопыленные. Вентральная бахрома щитка отсутствует. Щиток двухцветный, тёмный и жёлтый сзади. Глаза голые или в волосках[1].
